THE TOTALLY CHICK SCHEDULE
Day One: Arrive by 3:30 pm
• 3:30 - 4:30 check-in to your hotel room at The Victorian Inn
• 4:30 Meet in the hotel "day room" for introductions and orientation. Meet with your guide and climbing group. Sign out demo gear.
• 6:30 Pizza and salad at The Victorian Inn
• After dinner soak in the hot tubs
DAY TWO:
• 7:00 Breakfast begins (come packed for the day: warm clothes and water, pick up your lunch)
• 8:00 - 2:30 Climbing in the Ice Park. Focus: climbing, form & technique
• 4:30 - 5:30 Yoga class (all levels) at Inter Mountain Yoga or sign up for a massage (extra)
• 6:00 Dinner at the Western Hotel
• 7:30 Presentation: a journey with heart: the climbing life and more!
DAY THREE:
• 7:00 Breakfast begins (come packed for the day)
• 8:00 - 2:30 Climbing in the Ice Park. Focus: climbing & technical skills; systems, anchors and tricks-of-the trade
• 3:00 - 4:00 sign up for a massage (extra)
• 4:30 - 6:00 Life Coaching Workshop: perspectives on balance
• 6:30 Dinner at the Beun Tempo
DAY FOUR:
• 7:00 Breakfast begins (come packed for the day)
• 8:00 - 2:30 Climbing in the Ice Park. Focus: climbing & round-Robin skill drills as a large group.
• 4:30 - 5:30 Yoga class (all levels) at Inter Mountain Yoga in Ouray or sign up for a massage (extra)
• 6:00 Dress-up dinner
• 7:30 Panel discussion: in my wildest dreams…..
DAY FIVE:
• 7:00 Breakfast begins (come packed for the day)
• 8:00 Climbing in the Ice Park. Focus: efficiency and endurance for the long haul!
• 8:00 - 2:30 Climbing clinics in the Ice Park
• 3:30 - 5:00 Final celebration and feedback. END.
DAY SIX:
Check out of your hotel room by 11:00 am. Happy Travels. |
