Where to Stay and Places to Eat

There are a million hotels, restaurants and grocery stores in the area, so here’s a few that are closest to the campsite where we will meet to go climbing.

Red Rocks Off-Site Camping & Lodging

CAMPING
You do not need to make reservations for the individual campsites which fit up to 7 people. If you plan to camp, we will help you get lined up with a campsite, just let us know!

The campground is located two miles east of the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area visitor center and four miles west of Interstate 215 (Las Vegas) on Highway 159.

Directions from town
Take I-515 N to US 95 N exit.
Continue on US-95 N for 4.7 mi to Summerlin Pkwy W
(Slight right at Summerlin Pkwy W; signs for Summerlin Pkwy)
Take Summerlin Pkwy for 6.4 mi
Turn left at Highway 215 go 1.9 mi
Take exit 26 for Charleston Blvd/State Hwy 159 go 0.4 mi
Turn R at W Charleston Blvd/NV-159, go 4 miles. Turn L (south) on Moenkopi Road, and drive one mile to the group campground.

The campground is located two miles east of the Red Rock Canyon NCA Visitor Center and four miles west of Interstate 215 (Las Vegas) on Highway 159.

This is by far the best deal I found. All rooms include a hot breakfast, kitchen, internet access, TV and outdoor heated pool.

The rooms vary from $119 – $149. Rooms accommodate 2-4 people, with more than two people, they charge $20 per person extra. They boast organic cotton and “going green”. Seems like a cool spot. It’s located in the area near the grocery stores and restaurants 15 minutes from the Guide’s camp site in Red Rocks.
