This past month in June, Caroline guided Mount Rainier with RMI and was on the mountain with her team which was nearly caught in an early morning avalanche on June 5 on the east face of the mountain on Ingraham Glacier, which sent snow sliding down approximately 1,000 feet. Luckily, Caroline was only caught in the cloud and was able to quickly serve as part of the rescue effort.
