Margo Talbot

Margo was introduced to climbing in 1992 and her life has never been the same since. She has authored numerous first ascents of waterfall ice in Canada, as well as attained her goal of leading the grade 6 test pieces that she dreamed about when she first started swinging her tools. She has travelled the western hemisphere, from the Arctic to Antarctica, in search of remote, pristine wilderness. Her sponsor, Outdoor Research, has been an ongoing support in her endeavours.

Margo lives in the West Kootenays of British Columbia where she has access to some of the best ski touring in North America. She divides her time between growing her own food, writing her tell-all expose, and running a women’s adventure company called The Glitter Girls.
