First Ascent is at the “First Pitch”

Since it was introduced to the marketplace by parent company Eddie Bauer in 2009, First Ascent has been a Chicks Climbing supporter. Chicks Girly Guide Caroline George is one of First Ascent’s sponsored athletes; in the past 18 months Caroline has traveled to Norway, Antarctica, Thailand and Jordan to climb for the company. There are a lot of other prominent First Ascent climbing athletes including Melissa Arnot, Ed Viesturs, Chad Peele and several more. First Ascent is dedicated to sending all of its athletes on expeditions, so make sure you check in with the “Born Out There” First Ascent blog often, as there are usually great trip reports and videos to see!
