
SAMPLE WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Monday: 45min to an1 hour of CV – LSD training plus stretching trouble areas for 15 minutes.
Tuesday: Circuit training plus stretching
Wednesday: Interval training plus circuit training
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Yoga class plus optional CV LSD training
Saturday: Interval training plus circuit training or play!
Sunday: Play (weekend fun, do something outside you enjoy! Climb, Hike, Ski, Bike)
Rest
Repeat.
Change the order
This may seem like a lot, however you should not be in the gym or working out if you are prepared and focused for more than an hour on any given day. If you have the schedule to do more great! If your schedule prohibits this amount then do what you can attempt to do at least one of the following per week:
- One circuit training session
- One LSD CV session
- One Interval and circuit session
- One yoga or stretching session
- PLAY!
