CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: *All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing.

For international trips, Chicks requires full payment at the time of booking. If you cancel your reservation more than two months from the start of the trip, we will return your full deposit, less a $50 processing fee.  If you cancel within 60 days of your start date, or fail to appear, you are responsible for and will be charged/billed the full amount of the trip.

For events within the U.S., Chicks requires full payment at the time of booking.  If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days from the start of the trip, we will return your full payment, less a $50 processing fee.  Less than 30 days, no refunds will be granted.  For this reason, please consider purchasing travel insurance if you think short notice cancellation is a possibility.
